With local beach (under 400 steps!), shops and supermarket only a few minutes walk, the car can be left behind. Ground floor; entrance into lobby with cloaks area and separate WC. Door to lounge with staircase just inside. Assortment of toys and games.The dining area is at the back of the lounge with door through to the modern kitchen and rear door to the enclosed patio and decked garden.
First floor: landing with two bedrooms; both with a superking size bed, (can be unzipped to twins), plus en suite shower room having shower, washbasin and WC. Bedroom 2 has patio doors opening onto the roof top balcony with seating to enjoy distant sea views, sunsets or a morning cuppa. Large family bathroom having bath (shower over), washbasin and WC.

Parking - two cars only in the drive in front of the house.
Garden - enclosed private, patio area with outdoor table and chairs, hose with shower - perfect for sandy children and dogs.
