Robins Roost is a lovely, detached family house only a short walk from the local shop for shopping supplies and the village pub. A very light and airy house, it offers comfortable accommodation. Off road parking in the drive for 2 cars . An enclosed garden lies to the rear, accessed by a side gate and from the house with picnic bench, perfect for children to play and eating outside in warmer weather.
Quietly situated on the edge of a cul-de-sac, the modern house is very comfortably furnished, well equipped and has a homely and welcoming ambience to it, comprising: entrance hall with staircase; large lounge and dining area with patio door on to garden. Door leading through to the kitchen. Utility room with door and steps down to the rear garden. WC and washbasin.

5 Lakeside in Haveringland:
If you are looking for peace and tranquillity then this is the perfect spot to escape to, in the grounds of the now demolished stately home of Haveringland Hall, near Cawston just a short journey from Norwich. This idyllic spot would suite couples or a small family looking to relax away the day and night with views over the lake and countryside beyond. There is an abundance of wildlife on the park and in the surrounding area plus bird watching, cycling and walking tracks all on the door step. Fishing is permitted on the two lakes and guests are invited to bring all their own equipment on this private water.
The lodge is very comfortable and modern throughout offering accommodation of a high standard with gas central heating, so cosy for winter holidays too. Entrance into open plan kitchen and dining areas leading through to the living room with modern electric feature fireplace and riverside views. Shower room with shower (8 inches threshold), washbasin and WC. Two bedrooms, one with twins and the other with a king size, the latter having an en suite WC and washbasin.

19 -16 May 2018 Lowe Family; Our first visit to the Garden Flat, although we are frequent visitors to Hunstanton and love returning to West Norfolk. The flat was clean and comfortable, quiet and perfectly situated with everything provided. The weather was lovely and everyone is always welcoming in the shops and cafes.
2- 8 June 2018 – The Brisco Family; A lovely flat perfectly positioned and with a great view. Very well equipped and comfortable. Great weather which allowed us to enjoy the beach, long walks and beautiful countryside. Would definitely like to return’.
