No-one would believe what is hiding behind the front door of this single storey, holiday home only a few hundred yards from Hunstanton High Street! We are certain guests will enjoy being secluded in this surprisingly exquisite property! We were definitely taken aback when we stepped through the door.
Cleverly designed and transformed into very luxurious studio accommodation, it has everything needed for a holiday apart from a garden, but being only a short walk to shops, holiday facilities and the beach, this will not matter to guests. Furnished and equipped to a high standard, they will not be disappointed! Off road parking is available for one car. Electric heating throughout, and suitable for less agile guests if necessary.

Entrance down two large steps (ramp provided?) into open plan accommodation comprising; twin beds which will form a king, dining station at the kitchen area with granite worktops and integrated units. Sliding door into fully tiled shower room with double walk-in shower (2” threshold), WC and washbasin.

A 4 star Visit England graded quality with  roof top sea views (wonderful West facing sunsets), with covered balcony – perfect for relaxing after a day’s exploring! Allocated parking in the rear lane leads to private access and staircase to this hidden property. Literally only minutes from the town centre shops and holiday facilities, it is in an ideal position for just leaving the car and walking around Hunstanton.

NOTE; This property can be hired with Waders, or Foxgloves or all three together at an agreed rental reduction as they are situated adjacent to each other.

Secretly hidden away but within 5 minutes walk of the town centre, this ground floor accommodation at Waders is of a high quality, offering excellent self-catering all year round. With allocated parking at the rear, the property offers a small courtyard garden for sitting out and very comfortably caters for four. Being Level 2 in Visit England’s Mobility Scheme, it has the added bonus of being suitable for those less able. A pet is also welcome, another bonus for many.

Beechings Halt in Snettisham is traditionally and very comfortably furnished in cottage style to an excellent standard as you can see from the photos. Stable latch doors, wood flooring, and exposed brick walls with beamed ceilings present a homely and country ambiance. Being very spacious, it caters easily for a large family and is well-equipped throughout with gas central heating. The aga in the kitchen gives a cosy warmth during those chilly colder months. There is parking for 2/3 cars to the front and a totally enclosed rear garden (secure for dogs) with lawn and patio, perfect for enjoying BBQ’s and eating alfresco.  Shared use of Swimming Pool with property next door Badger's Rest which you can find on our web site. 

 

LIFE'S A BEACH

Situated in a small block of four bungalows at the south end of Hunstanton, this holiday home is only a few minutes from the beach and an easy walk to family holiday facilities along the promenade. There is a supermarket close by and the town centre is minutes by car and can also be reached by the regular ‘land train’ which stops near-by and travels along the sea front to the end of the cliffs at the Lighthouse, making a stop on the Green about half way for the High Street. A walk to the town is about 20 minutes.

With sea views and centrally located in Hunstanton, this modern, first floor flat will appeal to small families or couples. Situated in the middle of a block of Victoria terraced houses and apartments, it has just been refurbished to offer quality accommodation and is available throughout the year with gas central heating and off road parking.  Shops, bus station, leisure centre, entertainment, theatre, restaurants, sea life centre and many more holiday facilities are all close by.

ALLT AN MORVEN

This little gem of a chalet-bungalow is so adorable with it’s beach theme throughout, it would be hard to resist for a small family or couple. Situated within five minutes’ walk from the North Beach at Heacham, there is also a good pub/restaurant further up the road also less than five minutes walk. New to us for the 2018 season, this lovely single storey, terraced property is hidden away from the road to the beach enabling guests to holiday in quiet surroundings.

Furnished in keeping with a seaside theme, it has a warm welcoming ambiance as soon as you walk through the door. Offering very comfortable accommodation we are sure this property will reach a ‘3-star’  Quality in Tourism grading. There is off road parking for one car (other parking close by) and a communal grass area at the rear for children

 

MORGAN

Situated in the middle of a small block of bungalow at the south end of Hunstanton, Morgan is only a minute’s walk to the beach and promenade. This lovely detached bungalow in Heacham will soon be available after having undergone recent refurbishment. With a portable ramp for the front door, access is ideal for those with limited mobility and the garage is handy for bike or scooter storage.

Furnished in a modern style and enjoying a quiet sunny position on the outskirts of the village, it is equipped and comfortably furnished to a high standard. Light and airy, with gas radiator central heating throughout. Off road parking for one cars and enclosed rear lawned garden with side gate access so children are safe.  A pet by prior arrangement.

Sleeps 8 - with four bedrooms; ground floor double (zip and link so can be twins), shower room and separate WC; lounge; dining room; kitchen and utility.  Lovely garden and patio.  First floor; galleried landing with 'sunset' room for gazing across the Wash at the amazing West facing sunsets; three bedrooms; one with double, one with double and single and the other with bunks. (Nine beds, but only a combination of 8 permitted).  Family bathroom with shower over bath. Off road parking for two cars. Under ten minutes walk to all facilities and shops.

 

THE GARDEN FLAT IN HUNSTANTON

The Garden Flat is tucked secretly away at the bottom in a block of Victorian Houses overlooking the sea, this basement flat offers superb spacious accommodation which is light and airy and has a few surprises! Situated very close to the town centre and holiday interests, guests can leave the car and walk everywhere.
