‘Two Fat Ladies’ has been a much loved holiday bungalow for several years and now the owners wish to share their holiday home with other couples looking to escape to Norfolk for a week or short break. Twin beds. Conservatory and small enclosed rear garden with gate to private parking at the rear. Bus stop almost outside. Handy for exploring with shops close by too.

This charming, end-terrace character cottage is light and airy and is deceptively spacious offering quality accommodation for a small family or couple who wish to holiday in a quiet village but within easy distance for exploring the surrounding area. Furnished to a high standard it is conveniently tucked away in a conservation area, but with easy walking to shops, pubs and bus stop. A small local supermarket is just a few minutes walk which is handy for the weekly shop although the village has pubs and restaurants within easy reach for eating out. No pets permitted.
Off road parking for two medium cars directly opposite the cottage.
Totally cosy at any time of year with gas central heating, wood floors on the ground floor and carpeting in bedrooms. Perfectly safe for children, the garden offers mostly all day sunshine and has a slight Mediterranean feel with iron furniture, white painted walls, climbing plants and trees and is ideal for enjoying eating ‘al fresco’.

Manor Park is a holiday park situated at the south side of Hunstanton, with its own holiday facilities and a full entertainment schedule and activities for all age groups. There are indoor and outdoor pools with children’s pool, sun lounge with bar, playground, Boathouse Restaurant plus evening entertainment, shows and bingo. The beach and fairground are just five minutes’ walk away and supermarket shopping is also within easy walking distance.
Sunnydale is centrally located in the Sandringham area of the park, far enough to be quietly away from the busy hub of the entertainments complex which is about a five minute walk. There is adjacent off-road parking.

This superb, large, detached house is situated only minutes from the cliff tops in a much sought after area. We are sure it will prove to be very popular with our guests. Old Hunstanton is a good stroll where there are pubs, restaurants local shop/Post Office and soft sandy beach.
Offering very spacious family accommodation of excellent quality, it has recently been totally refurbished in a contemporary style to a high quality specification – perfect for families of all sizes. There is also the added benefit of a ground floor bedroom with ensuite for those less able or who wish to have more privacy.

June 2019 B & M - My sister and I have enjoyed our stay at the Garden Flat (aged 85 & 89) despite the weather. Saw two sunsets and enjoyed the lovely courtyard gardens. It is well provided for, and situation great for us close to town and seafront without a car. Have got out most days. We would definitely come back. We would also like to thank the very helpful office team. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
