Staycation and Nearcation - both excellent ideas. We are very busy with those desperate families wishing to escape their own homes. Even 2021 is booking well ahead than usual. So our advice is to get looking and get booking! Keep Great Britain's economy going please. Even if you don't want to travel far and have not explored places just an hour away, call us for a short break or weekend.
Larger properties that accommodate more than six - limit to 6 persons only who are in a bubble/family group as per Government directives (see paragraph below).
Can I go on holiday?
However, you should not go on holiday in England with people you do not live with (or who are not in your support bubble) in a group larger than 6 people. Doing so is against the law. You should ensure you maintain social distancing with anyone you do not live with or is not in your support bubble. Whatever 'Tier' you are in where you live you must maintain the same Government rules for that 'Tier' when on holiday in our area.
If you are in a support bubble, or if the group consists solely of people you live with, you can stay overnight without needing to maintain social distancing apart from being with other people in shops, restaurants etc. But, please remember the Government 'Tier' system rules above. Rules are changing all the time and sometimes it is hard for us to keep up so please refer to Government web sites all times if in any doubt.
Take particular care to maintain excellent hygiene – washing hands and surfaces – and avoid using shared facilities like bathrooms wherever possible.
Coronavirus (Covid 19) - Advice for our customers
You will appreciate the time needed, the pressure we are under and patience needed by our guests in order for us to endeavour to take care of them.
In these unprecedented times, we are all trying to work together in order to protect the safety and health of our guests, housekeepers and holiday home owners.
The great number of guests who have already had their holidays or who have been dealt with for transfers, refunds or queries, thank you for your understanding, patience and kind words. You have all been a pleasure to deal with.
Insurance – if you have not yet paid the balance for your holiday and have not taken cancellation insurance for your holiday, you still can do so please call us. You, your booking party and close family members will be covered for the Virus as well as the usual cover for other sickness, accidents etc. (T's & C's apply)
If you wish to cancel totally, please refer to the Booking Conditions as you will still be liable for all or part of the balance.
We have to inform you that Manor Park Hunstanton has the following park facilities open - amusements, pub, restaurant and pool (pre-book only). Facilities are only open from March to end October.
We will keep all guests updated as best we can but please be patient – everyone is a priority but we can only deal with one person at a time and we are doing our best.
In order to ensure that all properties are hygienically clean and safe our housekeepers will need extra time to do so. Therefore access time will now be after 4pm. No early arrivals. If you have instructions to collect keys from our office please do so from 11am on the day of your arrival but still no entry until 4pm. It will help you to avoid traffic congestion and queuing at our office due to social distancing/chatting upon arrival. (Not that we don't like to chat!).
Properties may have some items which have been taken away, such as toys, books, leaflets, cushions and throws etc. plus a complimentary arrival tray may not be available. We hope you will understand that your holiday will not be the same due to social distancing, hygiene rules, opening times for the holiday interests, pubs, restaurants, shops etc so please respect all the requests in place whilst you are here. You may need to book for some activities, etc.
Thank you, take care and stay safe
