The Old Bakery, Hunstanton - high standard apartment sleeping 4, close to the beach and allows pets.  

Sandy B's, Heacham - lovely family bungalow on the outskirts of the village sleeping 6 and allows pets.

Old Hall Cottage, Dersingham - tucked away in the village, lovely ground floor accommodation sleeping 2. No pets.

Haven Cottage, Downham Market - handy for the train, exploring or working in the local area. Sleeps 2+2 and allows pets.

The Beach, Heacham - cosy chalet close to the beach. Suits couples, singles, small family on a budget so not huge accommodation, but still very comfortable!  Well worth a look! Sleeps 4. No pets.

 

Short breaks - weekend or midweek - these are becoming more popular in our changing lifestyle so if you fancy a quick getaway it is always worth checking to see if we can help.  

Staycation and nearcation - both excellent ideas. 2023 is booking well, so our advice is to get looking and get booking!  Keep Great Britain's economy going please. Even if you don't want to travel far and have not explored places just an hour away, call us for a short break or weekend.

Dog friendly – your much loved pet can come on holiday too! Over half of our properties are dog friendly.

Romantic – couples may find it easier to escape – we have smaller properties too, so comfy on the pocket plus comfy in the accommodation.

Couples and singles - the smaller properties are ideal if you are alone or have a partner to share your holiday with.  These properties tend not to get too busy in school holidays so always worth checking out.  The quieter village properties are preferred by couples or singles as they are away from the busy coast.

Family – a huge selection of family accommodation for everyone.

Ground floor properties – less able guests can choose from our selection of bungalows and ground floor apartments.  Please call if you have any queries about any of them (steps, thresholds, wheelchair widths and driveways, etc)

Unique – fancy a quirky place to stay? Check out the Coastguard Lookout and click on this video to see magnificent views from the tower.  Watch the birds, tides, ships and weather all change in a few hours!  Not to be missed!  Weeks or short breaks available.

Finally, book early!  We recommend booking early as many properties are very popular!   All our properties along the cliff tops are booked by October each year for the following April to October months so definitely wise to book as early as possible.   Plus, those cheeky little village cottages are a definite option  for a last minute getaway!
