This much loved holiday home is spacious and light throughout with a different, unique eclectic look, it could be a giant beach hut but better! Quirky but very comfortable with gas central heating, painted wooden floors and stripped stable latch doors. Carpeted bedrooms upstairs. Available all year, it offers restful accommodation after a busy day’s exploring or making sandcastles!Ground floor: entrance into hall with staircase. Lounge with feature electric fire for added heat on chilly evenings and opening through to dining room having door to rear garden. Original tiled floor in the kitchen and extension opening onto the safe enclosed rear patio and garden. The original outside WC and washbasin (fully modernised) is very handy to save a trip inside inside the house when dining in the garden!
Staircase from hall to first floor comprising of: bathroom with bath (shower over). Separate WC. Three bedrooms - bedroom one has twins (can link to a super king – please confirm which is needed upon booking), bedroom 2 has a double and bedroom 3 has a triple bunk with trundle underneath. Room for cot in double rooms.
The rear has a safe, enclosed patio garden with garden furniture. Shed with children’s beach toys – used at guests own risk. Free street parking.

Ground floor accommodation is very popular so be warned and book them early! Coastal properties are also very popular and many are booked by the same families for the same time every year and that is why we suggest booking early! We also have a couple of caravans on Manor Park in Hunstanton if guests are looking for a site with entertainment for everyone included swimming pool!
