This deceptive house is in a hidden central position to enjoy everything this popular seaside town has to offer. With full gas central heating the house is a cosy autumn/winter retreat to escape to if a summer holiday is not appealing. With local shops and supermarket only a few minutes walk, the car can be left behind.The Hideaway is well furnished and equipped to a very good standard, and with an extremely spacious lounge having 52" Freeview TV, with dining area to one end offering ample social living for the whole family.
Ground floor: entrance into lobby with cloaks area and separate WC. Door to lounge with staircase just inside and a large assortment of toys and games , plus buckets and spades. The dining area is at the back of the lounge and an archway leads through to the modern kitchen with rear door to the enclosed patio garden.
First floor: landing with two bedrooms - one with a king size and single, plus en suite shower room having shower, washbasin and WC. Bedroom 2 with twins, plus patio doors. These open onto the roof top balcony with furniture to enjoy distant sea views, sunsets and chilling out on warm summer evenings. Large family bathroom having bath, washbasin and WC. Both rooms have TVs.
Parking: two cars only In the drive in front of the house. Street parking available for extra cars.
Garden: enclosed patio area with outdoor table and chairs.
