Old Hunstanton will always be popular and this ground floor apartment offers modern, spacious accommodation for a small family or couple down a quiet private road in the centre of the village. With a slope up to the front door (small threshold), it will appeal to less able and elderly guests. Private off road parking for one car plus guest car parking for one car. A communal garden at the rear is shared by other residents although we are sure that guests will spend most time at the beach or exploring the beautiful surrounding area.

The apartment is in a block with shared main lobby leading to private entrance. Very well furnished and equipped to a high standard it is mainly tiled throughout with carpets in bedrooms. Full gas central heating. Fully fitted kitchen; lounge/dining room; bathroom with bath ( shower over ) washbasin and WC. Two bedrooms: one with a double and the other with twins (can be pushed together to make a double but only single duvets supplied).

Parking: private allocated space for one car with guest parking.
Garden: communal at rear but the beach is only a short walk.
NOTE: Car park is gravel. The private road leading to the property is gravel.
