Poppy & Will's little cottage is bright and airy offering ideal accommodation for any family. Available all year to explore this beautiful part of Norfolk, it is peacefully situated in a cul-de-sac.
Parking is outside the property to the front or at the rear in a private lane behind the garden. Decor has an attractive, modern twist with pops of colour, enhancing it's comfortable ambiance. It will easily cater for a small family, couple or singles and will suit most budgets. Besides the main lounge with it's dining area and TV, there is a smaller living room with a second TV, a bonus for children to escape to or adults for working. Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer and door to rear garden. Shower room with shower, washbasin & WC. Staircase to two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the smaller one with twins. All lamps have USB charging points. The rear garden is enclosed, safe for children and medium pets with a small lawn and sitting out area. The location is handy with an easy walk to the village centre, having small supermarket, a few pubs and restaurants plus a handful of shops. There is a regular bus service to the coast at Hunstanton and to King's Lynn which has easy transport links by bus and train to the North and South. Golf courses within 10 minutes drive at Heacham and Old Hunstanton. No loungers but outside table and chairs. Short breaks, weeks and longer stays.
