Guests have welcomed the quiet residential area for its peace and quiet yet just 10 mins away from the vibrancy of Hunstanton prom and its holiday amenitiesSituated in a quiet cul-de-sac, Pear Tree Place has an enclosed rear garden, gas central heating and is available throughout the year. Refurbished a short while ago, the semi-detached bungalow is very comfortably furnished and equipped to a modern high standard.
Front entrance approached via ‘long’ steps. Cloaks lobby opening into a lovely open plan room with kitchen, lounge and dining area offering a social area for families to enjoy being together. Hallway with rear access. Three bedrooms: one with a king-size bed that can be converted to twins, the second with a double and third with children’s bunks (2”6’). Fully tiled bathroom with bath having shower attachment, washbasin and WC.
One well behaved medium size pet only.
Parking: roadside outside of property.
Garden: the enclosed rear garden has a small patio area and lawn perfect for eating al fresco in warmer months. ‘Whirlygig’ washing line.

We also have a couple of caravans on Manor Park in Hunstanton if guests are looking for a site with entertainment for everyone included swimming pool!
