Lavender Cottage is a cosy, modernised terraced cottage, centrally located just behind the town centre, perfectly placed for walking to the beach, supermarket, collecting the morning paper, holiday amenities and trying local restaurants. Accommodation is surprisingly spacious and of a very good standard with small front garden and lawned rear garden and patio benefiting from morning sunshine. Street parking available.Entrance into cloaks porch, ideal for leaving shoes and coats after that bracing walk along the beach. Lounge with feature gas fireplace, 40-inch smart TV with Netflix/NowTV (personal log-in details required). Door to kitchen/dining room with wall mounted TV/DVD. Door to safe, enclosed rear garden and patio. Bathroom with bath (shower over), and door through to WC.
Staircase to landing having three bedrooms - two with double beds (one with bed against side wall), and one with bunk beds (2’6”). Family shower room with shower, WC and washbasin.

NB: There is an access path through the back patio for the neighbour to bring their bins to the front of the row (once a week).
