Bedroom four with bunks (only suitable for children). Three bedrooms have sea views. Family bathroom with bath (power shower over), washbasin and WC.

Garden: the private fully enclosed garden has the benefit of afternoon sunshine, with a patio area.
Parking: at the front is the driveway offering ample car/boat parking space.
