The attractive and relaxing Esplanade Gardens are just down the road offering splendid views across the Wash to distant Lincolnshire and wonderful sunsets at any time of year. This Victorian house has been tastefully converted into five spacious, modern flats and Marlborough Apartment is on the first floor, with private parking at the rear for one car. Limited street parking is also available directly outside. BayView apartment on our books is located in the apartment below, so ideal for a larger family wishing to holiday together.

Comfortably furnished, carpeted throughout and well equipped, this very spacious accommodation benefits from all day sunshine and has full gas central heating.
Comprises a secure communal hallway with stairs to the first floor private entrance to the apartment. Entrance in to hallway. A large dining room with oblique sea views, leading through to kitchen which has an electric cooker, gas hob, a fridge with an ice compartment, washing machine and tumble dryer. Separate lounge with oblique sea views. Freeview 40 inch TV/DVD.

First bedroom has a king size bed. Second bedroom has full size twin beds. The bathroom has a bath ( shower over), washbasin and WC.

Garden; No garden or seating out area, but the Esplanade Gardens are only a few minutes walk.
Parking: Private parking at the rear for one car. Limited street parking is also available directly outside.

A £100 refundable breakage deposit payable with balance payment. No Pets. £20 booking fee.

Marlborough Apartment is well situated for walking in to Hunstanton, a trip to the beach, or a walk along the clifftops or Esplanade gardens.

Hunstanton has everything for everyone in the family. Sandy beach, sea, rock pools, guided tours on the wash monster, sailing, kite surfing and water skiing. On the sea front there are many stalls selling ice creams, food and sweets. There are amusement arcades, Fun fair, bowling alley, adventure golf, Paint your own pots, Sea Life Sanctuary and a sports and leisure centre. Take a walk along the promenade, which will take you to either Old Hunstanton, via the beach stripped red and white cliffs. Or the other direction staying on the promenade to Heacham. Walk around the sensory park, esplanade gardens that provide a colourful display of flowers in the summer months. The Norfolk coast path takes you 34 miles to Cromer from the North promenade. Heritage, Horticultural or Wolf trails are available from the tourist information centre. Relax on the green, and enjoy the summer entertainment on the bandstand on a Sunday afternoon. Or in the evenings watch the sunset . Book a seat at the theatre for a show, or take a round of golf, or take a leisurely ride on the Coast Hopper bus to visit the coastline. Visit the Heritage centre or The Coal shed gallery. Various festivals throughout the year include the Lifestyle Festival, Carnival, Kite Festival and the charity Xmas day swim.

Old Hunstanton has a sandy beach with dunes, and rock pools. There are various eating places including the beach cafe. Visit the Life boat station on a Sunday, hire a beach hut for the day, play a game of pitch and putt, browse local crafts and antiques in the Old Barns, or have a drink or meal in one of the many popular pub restaurants in the village. St Mary's Church holds various events throughout the year, including a lovely annual Flower festival. There is a post office with a Deli that sells many of your everydat items.
