This lovely, beamed barn is spacious, light and airy throughout. Converted and furnished to a superior quality standard with ceiling lights and oak flooring on the ground floor, but fully carpeted on the first floor it offers splendid accommodation for a holiday.

Local hostelries/restaurants are within easy reach and the village centre offers everyday amenities which are just seconds by car or there is a pathway from Snettisham Park. Snettisham lies on a regular bus route to Hunstanton and Kings Lynn, the latter also having a train station with lines to the north and south to London. There is direct access to a Public foot path taking you around the deer park or down to the village. Snettisham Park is a 2 minute walk with Deer Park, gift shop and tearoom, and shop selling fresh produce from the local area.
Snettisham village itself is just a minutes drive although there are some beautiful country walks and lanes close by which will take you in to the village, having several small shops including a Co-op. There are pubs with restaurants, bistro, and an antique craft centre with tea shop. Snettisham Park is a five minute walk with its deer park, farm animals, tractor tours, tearooms, play area and shop selling food from the region.Snettisham church is only a short walk, which is open most days, where you will find a heritage centre.
Snettisham Beach is just a minute by car and is popular for sailing. The RSPB bird reserve close to the beach has featured many times on television with its abundance of migrating and resident birds.
PENSTHORPE just outside Fakenham is also home to many different species of birds and a lovely day out for all the family with restaurant, walks, and play and information centres.
