Guest Reviews;

Many comments in the visitors book at the cottage mention spending time in the conservatory as a peaceful retreat and to watch the wildlife in the garden and fields adjoining. there are so many amazing comments, we have picked a selection:

Mr and Mrs E and Rudie the dog. ; It didn't feel like a rental property . It is a wonderful home thank you. The birds ran out of seed so we brought some nuts too and filled the feeders.
K.K.J ; We have really enjoyed our stay here. Our son has enjoyed making entries in to your "wildlife" book and we have all been amazed by the variety of wildlife seen from the conservatory. Our highlights were watching the barn owl, seeing the greater spotted woodpecker approach the bird table and a red kite flying low over the field on 2 separate occasions. Thank you for providing us with such a fantastic home.
Clanchy Family; This is our first stay and we have throughly enjoyed it. Our son hasn't stopped talking about Snettisham Park and also the wildlife that we could see from the garden. Hope to visit again soon.
Miles Family; A great week in a beautiful spot. Just perfect including the weather. If you ever want to sell this place we would be very interested! We will be back i'm sure.
K K J; Our second visit this year and this time for 2 weeks! We love it here with a variety of things to do locally, but even staying in it provides entertainment. We highly recommend keeping the feeders and bird table topped up with food, it is unbelievable the variety of birds it attracts, from finches and robins to the regular visits of the nuthatch, great spotted woodpeckers and the squirrels. The jays weren't quite so brave and only visited a couple of times but can often be spotted flying about. Thank you for providing such a wonderful home fo us to stay in once again, as you cant help but relax as you watch the wild life from your window.
A.A.D.D.; Love the cottage , love the views, so totally relaxing, time almost stops. Tranquil and peaceful .Thanks for sharing your place. xx
Clarke family;Thank you for a wonderful week in your beautiful cottage. Lovely to come home to after exploring around. Conservatory and garden used a lot, thanks to the incredible weather. Ate at various places but Queen Victoria was the favourite in the village.
G.M.A.; Sandringham a must to visit and RSPB Snettisham beach. A privilege to stay in this lovely home. We have had a great weather, lots of walks. We enjoyed the bird watching from the conservatory so much.
K.K.J; Our third visit this year and absolutely love the house and location. As always kept the bird table well stocked and we were rewarded after a couple of days, the table was very busy. Recommend a visit to Pensthopre where we saw 74 different varieties of birds!. Titchwell RSPB excellent. though very popular, so go early to get parking space! Highlight of this visit was having a Mandarin duck visit the garden several times. Hopefully return again next year! Thank you for providing such a wonderful home.
Holmes family; Very comfortable cottage with lovely views and the birding in Norfolk is excellent. Unfortunately the local barn owl seems to have gone away this week!
Howe Family: Had a wonderful time. A beautiful cottage in an idyllic location well appointed and so much to do in th
e area. Thank you for sharing with us.
