This lovely, substantial house is situated within easy reach of the town centre, holiday amenities, Princess Theatre and sandy beaches, and is popular because of it's flexibility of sleeping arrangements. The recreational field, children's playground plus tennis courts are only a minutes walk away, and within a 5 minutes walk to the town centre of Hunstanton, or 10 minutes to the beach and all the amenities. Just 2 minutes across the A149 is the playing field that has a large open space, ideal for taking the dog for a walk, or taking the children to let of steam on the play area.
Double doors on the side of the house from sun room, from which you can gain access to the small patio area at the back of the property. The patio area has a rubber coverage which is safe for children to play on. There is room for a travel cot in either of the two double bedrooms in the house.

All TV's are flat screen and receive digital TV channels only (NOT SKY). However, the TV in the lounge is linked up to a Sky dish and has a basic set top box which only receives Free channels. Guests can bring their own Sky Box and Sky Card to receive the channels as they would from home. NOTE; Sky will not work unless these two items are used together - one will not work without the other.

HUNSTANTON has always been very popular since it was built by the Victorians over a century ago. With its safe, sandy beaches, glorious panoramic west facing sunsets, host of entertainment and amusements, plus being within easy reach of a host of places of interest, it offers endless attractions to all who visit. Trips to Seal Island, Theatre, Sea Life Centre, water sports, shops, supermarkets, plenty of places to eat and drink and to visit from the fun fair at one end of the promenade to the striped cliffs at the other.

We also have some caravans and lodges on Manor Park in Hunstanton if guests are looking for a site with entertainment for everyone included swimming pool!
