SLEEPS 4 + 2 & BABY. TWO BEDROOMS; ONE WITH A DOUBLE AND THE OTHER WITH TWIN BEDS. DOUBLE SOFA BED IN THE LOUNGE.
No Bed Linen and towels. Linen can be hired for £20 per person per week or with towels for £25 per person per week. Duvets and pillows supplied.

Only 100 yards form the promenade and Hunstanton beach, this ground floor flat (in a block of 4) is ideal for a family seaside holiday. Facing west means you can enjoy beautiful sunsets throughout the year. The town centre is just a minutes drive or twenty minutes walk.

Comfortably furnished, with electric heating, comprising; Entrance into living room with Freesat TV, sofa bed, dining table and chairs. Adjoining kitchen area to the side, having electric cooker, microwave, under counter small fridge/freezer. Two bedrooms: Bedroom one with a double bed. Bedroom two with twin beds. Shower room with shower, and washbasin. Separate WC. Useful storage cupboard. Travel cot and Highchair.

Garden; A lawned area for sitting out (not enclosed). Garden chairs. BBQ. (charcoal not supplied)

Parking: Off road parking for one car in front of the property.

A refundable £100 breakage deposit payable with balance. Charge for pet is £30 per week. £25 Booking fee. Please note there is no Wi-Fi

HUNSTANTON has always been very popular since it was built by the Victorians over a century ago. With its safe, sandy beaches, glorious panoramic west facing sunsets, host of entertainment and amusements, plus being within easy reach of a host of places of interest, it offers endless attractions to all who visit. Trips to Seal Island, Theatre, Sea Life Centre, water sports, shops, supermarkets, plenty of places to eat and drink and to visit from the fun fair at one end of the promenade to the striped cliffs at the other.

There is a regular bus service along the coast and to Kings Lynn and beyond. There is something for everyone here! A perfect recipe for a perfect holiday in this beautiful Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. No wonder so many people return regularly.

All our properties are within easy reach of local amenities and we must not forget the regular ‘land train’ service from South to North Hunstanton along the cliff tops.
