The property is bright and modern and has a very refreshing ambiance with gas central heating and pine flooring.
Ground floor; entrance into hallway. Kitchen/dining room with French doors opening onto the enclosed patio with terraced outdoor area beyond the courtyard. Lounge with Freeview TV/DVD, 'living flame' gas fire.
First floor: Staircase from hall to landing with two bedrooms. Stair gate at the top of stairs. Bedroom one with a king size bed and distance view to the sea plus ensuite bathroom, with bath, toilet and washbasin. Bedroom two with twin beds and bunks with sea views. Family shower room with double walk in shower, WC and washbasin.
Garden: A small enclosed patio garden, leading to a 2nd raised terrace area with garden furniture.
Parking: There is ample parking for two cars on the drive.
Bed Linen & Towels included. A refundable breakage deposit of £100 payable with the balance. £30 per week for dog. £25 Booking fee.
Old Hunstanton has a sandy beach with dunes, and rock pools. There are various eating places including the beach cafe. Visit the Life boat station on a Sunday, hire a beach hut for the day, play a game of pitch and putt, browse local crafts and antiques in the Old Barns, or have a drink or meal in one of the pub/restaurants in the village. The church of St Edmunds holds various events throughout the year, including an annual Flower festival. There is a post office with a Deli that sells many of your everyday items.

It is possible to hire 2 properties together in Snettisham to sleep a total of 12. Pets are welcome too and in a few there are no extra charges. Ground floor accommodation is very popular so be warned and book them early! Coastal properties are also very popular and many are booked by the same families for the same time every year and that is why we suggest booking early! We also have some caravans and lodges on Manor Park in Hunstanton if guests are looking for a site with entertainment for everyone included swimming pool!
