SLEEPS 6 + BABY - THREE BEDROOMS; KING, BUNKS AND SUPER KING SIZE BED WHICH CAN BE CONVERTED TO TWINS - PLEASE CONFIRM WHEN BOOKING
This semi-detached house is certainly impressive, with its unique social area at the rear and panoramic, rural views across Heacham’s golf course and beyond to the distant sea and horizon. Glorious West-facing sunsets will excite photographers, especially in the Autumn and Winter so cameras need to be at the ready! Sunrises too are spectacular over the summerhouse at the rear. Inside is a welcome surprise where quality contemporary design very cleverly modernises the extensive ground floor leading into the rear garden and the first floor concedes to an attractive older style.
Refreshing and light throughout, the generous accommodation will suit families who prefer to be away from the hustle and bustle of busy village life but still within easy reach of the coast and its many interests on offer. Quietly positioned on the outskirts of Heacham, it has ample parking for 3 cars on the gravel drive with small garden but with the benefit of a substantial larger garden at the rear with summerhouse and views past the house to watch the sun setting. For those ambitious enough there is a pathway across the golf course to the beach taking about 30 mins.
The small high street which offers local independent shops is a good 30 minutes’ walk away. Local pubs with restaurants are all in the village, just a few minutes by car. The nearest bus stop is about 50 yards along the road. A handy express supermarket is also in the village and the beach has its own car park. More about the area below.
