Thistledew Nicely is a beautiful first floor apartment situated on the end of a block of eight only a few minutes’ walk from the promenade and beach. An ideal location for a seaside holiday for singles to small families. Very well equipped and comfortably furnished in a modern style to a high standard, the apartment will definitely become popular throughout the summer season. Children will love having the closeness of the beach for making sandcastles and rock-pooling. Adults will appreciate just chilling on the surrounding verandah watching the sun go down and enjoying a few beverages in the evenings or dining outside on warmer days. Definitely a perfect place for photographing the amazing panoramic sunsets disappearing over the Wash.

The coast offers some amazing places to visit and explore for adults and children. The beach just a short walk and a with it’s own verandah, not having a garden should not be a problem.

A communal staircase goes up to the verandah with separate entrance. Social living area with lounge and kitchen area with breakfast bar and fitted utilities. Two bedrooms (a travel cot may not fit) one with a king and the other with triple bunks (double and single above. Fully tiled shower room with corner shower, WC and washbasin. There is electric heating for chillier months.

A local supermarket is only a five minute walk (car park), holiday amusements and fairground are also within easy reach and for those wanting to travel from one end of the town to the other, there is a land train which stops in the town centre

There is also a bus stop outside the supermarket with regular rides to Kings Lynn and Cromer.. Norfolk Lavender at Heacham, the Royal Sandringham Estate and the port of Kings Lynn are all within 30 minutes drive. Sea sports abound, bird reserves and Golf Links are also with 30 minutes. drive, thus making Hunstanton an ideal place to stay and explore this beautiful area of Norfolk.

Hunstanton has something for everyone in the family. Sandy beach, sea, rock pools, guided tours on the wash monster, sailing, kite surfing and water skiing. On the sea front there are many stalls selling ice creams, food and sweets. There are amusement arcades, Fun fair, bowling alley, adventure golf, Sea Life Centre and a sports and leisure centre. Take a walk along the promenade, which will take you to either Old Hunstanton, via the beach stripped red and white cliffs. Or the other direction staying on the promenade to Heacham. Walk around the sensory park, esplanade gardens that provide a colourful display of flowers in the summer months. The Norfolk Coast Path takes you 34 miles to Cromer from the North promenade. Heritage, Horticultural or Wolf trails are available from the tourist information centre. Relax on the green, and enjoy the summer entertainment on the bandstand on a Sunday afternoon. Or in the evenings watch the sunset . Book a seat at the theatre for a show, or take a round of golf, or take a leisurely ride on the Coastliner bus to visit the coastline. Visit the Heritage Centre to learn about Hunstanton's interesting history. Various festivals throughout the year include the Lifestyle Festival, Carnival, Kite Festival and the charity Xmas day swim.

Old Hunstanton has a sandy beach with dunes, and rock pools. There are various eating places including the beach cafe. Visit the Life boat station on a Sunday, hire a beach hut for the day, play a game of pitch and putt, browse local crafts and antiques in the Old Barns, or have a drink or meal in one of the many popular pub restaurants in the village. St Mary's Church holds various events throughout the year, including a lovely annual Flower Festival. There is a post office with a Deli that sells many of your everyday items.

Only a short drive along this Royal Coast is Sandringham Estate with house, gardens and museum. Plan a whole day here or take the dog and family for long woody walks and picnics. Bird reserves at Snettisham, Titchwell both RSPB and Pensthorpe Natural Park are also worth visiting and for walkers there are miles of accessible and dog friendly coast and country walks to be found, plus Norfolk Trails and bike rides
