Within easy reach of village shops pubs/restaurants and supermarket, this mid-terrace, three storey family home is tucked away in a cul-de-sac but still handy for exploring this beautiful Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Snettisham is only 5 miles from the popular resort of Hunstanton so if you don’t want to stay amidst the hustle and bustle of a busy resort then the Merchant House and village is ideal.

Child and pet friendly, space has been maximised in this mid terrace house on three floors to provide very comfortable, modern, family accommodation. Ground floor entrance into hall with staircase. Fitted kitchen with electric double oven/grill and gas hob. Lounge with feature electric fire, dining area and patio doors opening onto the rear garden. Cloakroom with WC and washbasin. First floor; bedroom one with twins which can be pushed together; bedroom 2 with one single bed. Family bathroom with bath (shower over) WC and washbasin. Second floor; master bedroom 3 with king size bed plus ensuite shower room having large shower, WC and washbasin. Bedroom 4 with cot and single bed. This top floor is perfect for parents with younger children.

Originally part of Snettisham Railway until closure in 1969, the Old Coal Yard was part of the sidings from the railway line from Kings Lynn to Hunstanton. It has been re-established as a small residential cul-de-sac, tucked away towards the outskirts of the village. The garden is currently Astro-turfed but will become paved as a future project.

There are some some beautiful country walks and lanes close by. Snettisham woods and common are open and perfect for dog walking. Wild Ken Hill Nature Reserve is open to the public and has been a recent feature on BBC Springwatch with it's abundance of wildlife, beavers, kites and buzzards to name just a few. Having several small shops, pubs with restaurants, bistro, Antique centre with restaurant, the village has a lot to offer. Park Farm is a fifteen minute walk away with its deer park, farm animals, tractor tours, tearooms, play area and shop selling food from the region. Snettisham Beach and sailing club is just a few minutes by car with a car park and is popular for water sports. The RSPB bird reserve is also a few minutes drive on the way to the beach and has featured many times on television with its abundance of migrating and resident birds.

Snettisham is only 5 miles from the coast at Hunstanton, 3 miles from the Royal Estate of Sandringham and the historical port of Kings Lynn is 12 miles. Avid birdwatchers have the choice of Reserves at Titchwell and Snettisham. Golf Links at Old Hunstanton and Brancaster are a few minutes drive and Heacham has Norfolk Lavender just a few miles away. A regular bus service runs through the village from Hunstanton to Kings Lynn where there is also a good rail link.
