A superb central holiday location, only minutes from the promenade, town centre and cliff tops. Blue Skies has recently undergone refurbishment and offers modern and very comfortable accommodation. Conveniently placed for the beach, shops, holiday amenities and eating places - there is no need to use the car in Hunstanton! The beautiful Esplanade Gardens are just down the road displaying splendid views across the Wash to distant Lincolnshire and wonderful panoramic sunsets at any time of year.

This large, Victorian terraced house has been tastefully converted into five spacious, modern apartments and Blue Skies is on the first floor with oblique sea views across the street from most rooms. Limited street parking is available directly outside although there is a private parking space at the rear for a medium sized car.

Very comfortably furnished and well equipped, this sizeable apartment benefits from all day sunshine and has full gas central heating with most rooms being fully carpeted too. A secure communal entrance opens into the hallway with stairs to the first-floor private entrance. Hallway leading to all rooms. Two bedrooms, one with king size bed and the other with zip and link (2’6”) beds which can convert to a king if necessary (please advise when booking). Lounge and separate dining room having door to kitchen. Bathroom with bath (shower over), washbasin and WC.

Garden; No garden but there is a shared sitting out area at the front of the block of apartments, and the Esplanade Gardens and the sea front are only a few minutes walk as are the cliff tops and beach at the bottom of the road.

Parking; Private parking space behind property for medium size car and limited street parking.

The north side of Hunstanton offers a quieter side of life in the town with it’s beautiful cliff top walks to Old Hunstanton past the Lighthouse and down to the soft sandy beach. If you wish to get to each end of the town and leave the car behind, the ‘land train’ travels regularly from the cliff tops, right through past the green to the other side of town – perfect to take in the panoramic views of the Wash to the Lincolnshire Wolds, even in inclement weather! The Coast Liner bus stops close by too if you are looking to travel further afield to Sheringham or Cromer. Besides the holiday activities in Hunstanton, there is plenty to see, do and explore in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with bird reserves at Holme and Titchwell, country estates at Holkham and the Royal Sandringham estate with it’s Visitor Centre and Museum; the port of Kings Lynn, the busy village of Burnham Market plus various places of interest in between – all within a thirty minute drive.

Bars and restaurants can be found around the town and at Old Hunstanton which is less than a minute’s drive or a lovely stroll of about 30 minutes. The village’s Lifeboat Station and craft/antique centre here are well worth visiting too.
