La Villetta......New for 2021
Heacham
New to us for the 2021 season, this little gem of a chalet-bungalow is so welcoming with it’s happy and fresh décor in every room. We are sure that guests will feel uplifted and calm when they arrive at la Villetta after their journeys. Perfect only for solo travellers or a couple, this single storey chalet offers very adequate and comfortable accommodation for short breaks, weekends or longer most of the year. With flexible arrival and departure days too! Guests will definitely want to return. Sorry, no room for children or cot/babies.
The property sits in a small row leading to a cul-de-sac, and is hidden away from the road to the beach enabling guests to holiday in quiet surroundings. Furnished with an attractive, Italian flair, its bright and airy ambiance as you walk through the door immediately makes you feel at home.
There is off road parking for two cars and a communal grass area at the rear with its own whirligig washing line. A mobility scooter can be left safely outside near the private front garden. A ‘cold’ bag and picnic gear are also available for those days out exploring.
In front of la Villetta is a cosy sitting out area with table and two chairs ideal for dining, breakfasting or relaxing after a busy day’s exploring. Entrance into open plan ‘l’-shaped living, dining and kitchen. There is the ‘snug corner’ at one end of the room with two easy chairs, a ‘gather round the table’ end opposite and the kitchen sits in the other corner. Wall mounted TV. The bedroom and living space have digital electric radiators. The bedroom has a TV/DVD, two single ‘Hypnos’ orthopaedic beds which are pushed together to form a super king (single bed linen only). Shower room with large shower (6” threshold), WC and washbasin.
