Bungalows are always popular with our guests and we were happy to add another to our portfolio which is within easy reach of town centre, beach and holiday facilities which appeal to families of all ages.

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac Pear Tree Place has an enclosed rear garden, gas central heating and is available throughout the year. Newly refurbished about a year ago, the semi-detached bungalow is very comfortably furnished and equipped to a modern high standard.

Front entrance approached via ‘long’ steps. Cloaks lobby opening into a lovely open plan room with kitchen, lounge and dining area offering a social area for families to enjoy being together. Hallway with rear access. Three bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, the second with a double and third with children’s bunks (2”6’). Fully tiled bathroom with bath (shower over), washbasin and WC.

The enclosed rear garden has a small patio area and lawn perfect for eating al fresco in warmer months. ‘Whirlygig’ washing line.

Short breaks only outside of high season periods or at short notice within these times.

HUNSTANTON has always been very popular since it was built by the Victorians over a century ago. With its safe, sandy beaches, glorious panoramic west facing sunsets, host of entertainment and amusements, plus being within easy reach of a host of places of interest, it offers endless attractions to all who visit. Trips to Seal Island, Theatre, Sea Life Centre, water sports, shops, supermarkets, plenty of places to eat and drink and to visit from the fun fair at one end of the promenade to the striped cliffs at the other.

There is a regular bus service along the coast and to Kings Lynn and beyond. There is something for everyone here! A perfect recipe for a perfect holiday in this beautiful Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. No wonder so many people return regularly. All our properties are within easy reach of local amenities and we must not forget the regular ‘land train’ service from South to North Hunstanton along the cliff tops.

OLD HUNSTANTON is the original and quaint part of Hunstanton with it’s traditional carrstone and chalk cottages, selection of pubs/restaurants and golden sand dunes with marram grass.

There is a duck pond near the church is a popular spot and picturesque at any time of year. The Lifeboat station sits proud at the back of the dunes containing the lifeboat and museum. One of the finest Links in the country is the 18-hole Championship Golf Course at Old Hunstanton. St Mary's Church holds various events throughout the year, including a lovely annual Flower festival. There is a post office with a Deli that sells many of your everyday items.
