Old Hunstanton will always be popular and this ground floor apartment offers modern, spacious accommodation for a small family or couple down a quiet private road in the centre of the village. With a slope up to the front door (small threshold), it will appeal to less able and elderly guests. Private off road parking for one car plus guest car parking for one car. A communal garden at the rear is shared by other residents although we are sure that guests will spend most time at the beach or exploring the beautiful surrounding area.

The apartment is in a block with shared main lobby leading to private entrance. Very well furnished and equipped to a high standard it is mainly tiled throughout with carpets in bedrooms. Full gas central heating. Fully fitted kitchen; lounge/dining room; bathroom with bath ( shower over ) washbasin and WC. Two bedrooms; one with a double and the other with twins. (can be pushed together to make a double but only single duvets supplied )

Returnable breakage deposit - £100 Dog additional £30 per week. £25 Booking Fee.

The apartment is literally a few minutes walk to Old Hunstanton beach past RNLI life boat station and The Old Boathouse Cafe where you can get breakfast, a full meal, or just an ice cream. Le Strange Hotel and Mariners bar/restaurant are again just a few minutes walk. Here there is a large seating area outside with sea views.

Old Hunstanton has a sandy beach with dunes, and rock pools. There are various eating places including the beach cafe. Visit the Life boat station on a Sunday, hire a beach hut for the day, play a game of pitch and putt, browse local crafts and antiques in the Old Barns, or have a drink or meal in one of the pub/restaurants in the village.

St Mary's Church holds various events throughout the year, including a lovely annual Flower festival. There is a post office with a Deli that sells many of your everyday items.
