town centre shops, beach, theatre, Information Centre, eateries, Leisure Centre and wealth of entertainments are ten to fifteen minutes stroll away. Old Hunstanton with it’s quaint cottages, Golf Course and restaurants is twenty minutes or so stroll in the other direction although there is a regular ‘land train’ from one end of the town to the other stopping half way.

Two bedrooms; one with a King Size bed and flat screen Freeview TV and access to family bathroom having bath (shower spray only on taps), WC and washbasin. This bathroom opens onto the hall too, although can be locked to make ensuite. The other bedroom with twins has a dressing area and an ensuite shower room having shower, washbasin and WC.
Please be aware that this apartment has low sloping ceilings in most rooms and does not accept pets.
This property is situated along the clifftops almost half way between Old Hunstanton
and Hunstanton. Old Hunstanton
beach is easily accessed by walking past the lighthouse and cafe through the Cliff Top car park, and down the beach path. The Lighthouse Cafe does an all day breakfast, or just nip across for a coffee or ice cream. The Coastliner bus stops just a few doors away from the property.
has everything for everyone in the family. Sandy beach, sea, rock pools, guided tours on the wash monster, sailing, kite surfing and water skiing. On the sea front there are many stalls selling ice creams, food and sweets. Take a walk along the promenade, which will take you to either Old Hunstanton,
via the beach with striped red and white cliffs. Or the other direction staying on the promenade to Heacham
. Walk around the sensory park or esplanade gardens that provide a colourful display of flowers in the summer months on your way into town. The Norfolk Coastal Path takes you 34 miles to Cromer
from the North promenade. Heritage, Horticultural or Wolf trails are available from the tourist information centre.
Relax on the green, and enjoy the summer entertainment on the bandstand on a Sunday afternoon. Or in the evenings watch the sunset . Book a seat at the theatre for a show, or play a round of golf, or take a leisurely ride on the Coastliner
