Located on the Manor Park complex, Sandringham 61 is a family caravan, located within a few minute’s walk from the leisure facilities at the park. Perfect for a family holiday, Manor Park, is open 11 months of the year with Clubhouse having a restaurant and bar, and full entertainment package including bands, singers and bingo. Less than 10 minutes to the beach and amusements at the south end of the town, there is a new indoor swimming pool, children’s play area and laundrette. Tesco supermarket is only seconds by car or a short walk – totally convenient, as is the bus stop right outside which travels every 20 minutes to Kings Lynn and up to Hunstanton town centre and through to Cromer and Sheringham. A ‘land train’ also stops nearby which travels up to the Lighthouse via a stop near the town centre and back again. What more could a family ask for?!
Convenient off-road parking for one car is available and visitors’ passes are available to allow entry into the club’s facilities. There is gas radiator central heating in all rooms and the caravan is mostly carpeted throughout.
Sleeping up to 6 the property is very well furnished throughout, double glazed and offers quality accommodation comprising; Steps into small open hall, leading into open plan ‘L’-shaped lounge, feature electric fire, ample soft seating and dining area. The sofa converts into a double bed. Kitchen area. Two bedrooms , one with a double bed and the other with one 2’6” single and pull out bed underneath. The double has it’s own ensuite washbasin and WC. plus there is also a family bath room with shower over small bath, washbasin and WC.

The caravan backs on to a hedge so is very private. There is a charcoal BBQ ( supply your own charcoal)

Manor Park is holiday park situated at the south side of Hunstanton, with its own holiday facilities and a full entertainment schedule and activities for all age groups. There are new indoor and outdoor pools with children’s pool, sun lounge with bar, playground, Boathouse Restaurant plus evening entertainment, shows and bingo. The beach and fairground are just five minutes’ walk away and supermarket shopping is also within easy walking distance.
Buses run every 20-30 mins during the day from Hunstanton to Kings Lynn where they stop at the railway station. They also travel through along the coast to Cromer stopping along the way.
Hunstanton known as Sunny Hunny, has everything for everyone in the family. Sandy beach, sea, rock pools, guided tours on the wash monster, sailing, kite surfing and water skiing. On the sea front there are many stalls selling ice creams, food and sweets. There are amusement arcades, fun fair, bowling alley, adventure golf, paint your own pots, Sea Life Sanctuary and a sports and leisure centre.Shops, amusements, theatre, bowling alley, bowling greens, recreation field are all only a short distance away and there is parking in the town too. The local ‘land train’ leaves nearby and will take visitors to the very north end of the town via a stop at the town centre, and back again.
Take a walk along the promenade, which will take you to either Old Hunstanton, via the beach striped red and white cliffs. Or the other direction staying on the promenade to Heacham. Walk around the sensory park or esplanade gardens that provide a colourful display of flowers in the summer months for the Anglia in bloom. The Norfolk coast path takes you 34 miles to Cromer from the North promenade. Heritage, Horticultural or Wolf trails are available from the tourist information centre.
Relax on the green, and enjoy the summer entertainment on the bandstand on a Sunday afternoon. Or in the evenings watch the sun going down. Book a seat at the theatre for a show, or take a round of golf, or take a leisurely ride on the Coast Hopper bus to visit the coastline. Visit the Heritage centre or The Coal shed gallery. Various festivals throughout the year include the Lifestyle Festival, Carnival, Kite Festival and the charity Christmas Day swim.
Old Hunstanton has a sandy beach with dunes, and rock pools. There are various eating places including the beach cafe. Visit the Life boat station on a Sunday, hire a beach hut for the day, play a game of pitch and putt, browse local crafts and antiques in the Old Barns, or have a drink or meal in one of the pub/restaurants in the village. St Mary's Church holds various events throughout the year, including a lovely annual Flower festival. There is a post office with a Deli that sells many of your everyday items.
