is perfect as a base for a family holiday or for just a couple looking for relaxation. Bus stop just 2 minutes walk from property.
Light and airy throughout, Sunset has an open lawn front garden with driveway parking for 2 cars, plus totally enclosed rear lawned
garden, safe for children to play. The garden furniture and patio area are perfect for breakfasting and dining outside in warmer months with just about all day sunshine.
All on one level, very comfortably furnished with full gas central heating comprising; entrance into hall; shower room with wall mounted seat in walk-in shower and hand rails, WC and washbasin. Lounge with contemporary electric wall feature fire.
Two bedrooms: family room with king size bed and single bed, built-in wardrobe and room for cot and the other with twins, one being an orthopaedic bed.
Please note that the king has a down quilt - an alternative can be provided upon request. Kitchen with door into conservatory/dining room leading out to rear garden.
The shower platform is 1600mm wide by 900mm deep. It has a glass shower panel that extends along the front width by 900mm from the left hand wall that gently curves into the shower that does reduce the access into the shower head end of the shower to 520mm wide. There is a folding seat, and hand rails within the shower cubicle. The lip/step into the shower is 70mm ( 3 inches ) high

Sandringham House and Estate, Norfolk Lavender, Snettisham
Bird reserve and the beach are all within 30 mins drive and the Victorian seaside resort of Hunstanton
is just a few miles distant. Local shops, pubs and restaurants are about 15 minutes’ walk into the village The beach is a good walk too although there is a car park, and there is a regular bus service through the village from Kings Lynn travelling to Cromer
. Train connections are at the historical port of Kings Lynn only 15 miles away. Norfolk Lavender is only a minutes drive the other side of the village and Mount Pleasant Equestrian Centre is a few minutes away.

8-7 July 2019 Mr & Mrs F and Tammy the hound - Superb bungalow, very clean and tidy. Very thoughtful to have milk and other supplies found on arrival. Would be very happy to spend another holiday here in the future and will recommend to friends and family.
29 June - 7 July 2019 B, J, L & D - Being able to have a cuppa on arrival with the tea and milk kindly left in the welcome pack was very much appreciated. Lovely bungalow which exceeded our expectations. A super week in Norfolk with glorious weather. Would certainly recommend Thursford Museum which was excellent, especially for anyone interested in Wurlitzer or or other old fashioned musical organs.

is the home of Norfolk Lavender where you can see the history of the site and buy lavender produce besides many other interesting gifts. Farm Shop. Restaurant. The animal Centre and Farmer Fred’s Adventure Play Barn are open all year for children and visitors. The village offers a wide choice of pubs/restaurants, plus local shops all within easy reach of our holiday homes here. A good bus service runs every half hour to Hunstanton
or Kings Lynn.
The beach from the village is about a mile although there is parking, and a popular pub and restaurant on the way back if you walk! Ice creams and fish and chips available at North Beach. There is a beach cafe at South Beach. A circular walk along from one beach to the other and through the village.
House with it’s stunning gardens, museum and surrounding park are open most days throughout the year, perfect for picnics and dog walking. July’s Flower Show is something not to be missed! Being attended by royalty and offering a superb day out for all the family. Only 8 miles from Hunstanton
, it is the perfect attraction at any time of year. Entrance to the park is free.
SNETTISHAM AND DERSINGHAM
are very busy villages with several little shops, pubs, cafes and churches.
Beach is just a few minutes by car and is popular for sailing. The bird reserve close to the beach has featured many times on television with its abundance of migrating and resident birds.
