This lovely detached bungalow is furnished in a modern style and enjoys a quiet sunny position on the outskirts of the village. Rosie's is equipped and comfortably furnished to a high standard. Light and airy, with gas radiator central heating throughout. Off road parking for one car and enclosed rear lawned garden with side gate access . With a portable ramp for the front door, access is ideal for those with limited mobility and the garage is handy for bike or scooter storage. NB; the bungalow has steps at the rear from the kitchen to the garden and 'long' steps from right side of bungalow front to back garden.
Entrance into hallway with three bedrooms; one with a double bed (room for a cot), one with bunks and the other with a single. Bathroom with bath (shower over) WC and washbasin. Lounge with electric feature fire. Breakfast kitchen with electric cooker and hob, with door to rear garden, folding table and chairs.
Parking; On the front drive or in the garage. ( small car only)
Garden; Enclosed rear garden. Private garden with lawn and patio and out door furniture. BBQ.
A refundable breakage deposit of £100 is payable with the balance. Pets £30 per week. £25 Booking Fee.
The bungalow is under ten minutes walk from local shops, pubs and restaurants. The beach is a good fifteen minutes’ walk although there is a car park. Norfolk Lavender, Sandringham Estate, Hunstanton and Kings Lynn are all within twenty minutes driving distance, and there is a regular bus service through the village too from Kings Lynn travelling to Cromer. Train and bus connections are at the historical port of Kings Lynn only 15 miles away. HEACHAM is the home of Norfolk Lavender where you can see the history of the site and buy lavender produce besides many other interesting gifts. Farm Shop. Restaurant. The animal Centre and Farmer Fred’s Adventure Play Barn are open all year for children and visitors.
The village offers a wide choice of pubs/restaurants, plus local shops all within easy reach of our holiday homes here. A good bus service runs every half hour to Hunstanton or Kings Lynn. The beach from the village is about a mile although there is parking, and a popular pub and restaurant on the way back if you walk! Ice creams and fish and chips available at North Beach.There is a beach cafe at South Beach. A circular walk along from one beach to the other and through the village. Sandringham House with it’s stunning gardens, museum and surrounding park are open most days throughout the year, perfect for picnics and dog walking. July’s Flower Show is something not to be missed! Being attended by royalty and offering a superb day out for all the family. Only 8 miles from Hunstanton, it is the perfect attraction at any time of year. Entrance to the park is free but parking charges apply. SNETTISHAM AND DERSINGHAM are very busy villages with several little shops, pubs, cafes and churches. Snettisham Beach is just a few minutes by car and is popular for sailing. The bird reserve close to the beach has featured many times on television with its abundance of migrating and resident birds. PENSTHORPE just outside Fakenham is also home to many different species of birds and a lovely day out for all the family with restaurant, walks, and play and information centres
