Situated in a very attractive, elevated position, this detached chalet house faces west to enjoy the magnificent sunsets over the sea. Offering very spacious accommodation along this beautiful coastline.
Town centre, shops, holiday amenities and supermarket are approximately 10 minutes walk (via shortcuts) and the beach is close by with many car parks available close to the beaches.
The enclosed rear garden is mainly patio and lawn, having a small ornamental pond (tenants responsible for children's safety), and the drive has parking for two cars. Ideal for a family who may prefer or require ground floor sleeping and bathroom facilities. All rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished with carpeting and gas central heating throughout.
Accommodation consists of:- Entrance into generous sized hallway with staircase to the first floor
Ground Floor: - Bedroom with king size bed. Shower room with WC and washbasin. Lounge with double aspect, open fire place (fuel not supplied but available locally), and patio doors into rear garden. Dinning Room. Fitted kitchen/breakfast room with larder cupboard, electric double oven and hob. Door through to utility with door to rear garden. There is a small snooker table in the hallway.
First Floor . Staircase to substantial galleried landing which enjoys full sunshine on clement days, with opening windows this is an ideal spot to relax in and view the extensive coastline and views of the Wash. Perfect in the evenings for watching the sun going down in the big Norfolk skies. Stair gates are provided.
First floor ?bedrooms consist of one triple (double and single bed), one double and the other with bunks (2’6”). Family bathroom with bath (shower over) and washbasin. Separate WC.
Garden: Private enclosed garden, mainly lawn and patio. Ornamental pond, not covered, please ensure child supervision for safety.
Parking: There is ample parking for 2 cars on the drive.

Ground floor accommodation is very popular so be warned and book them early! Coastal properties are also very popular and many are booked by the same families for the same time every year and that is why we suggest booking early! We also have some caravans and lodges on Manor Park in Hunstanton if guests are looking for a site with entertainment for everyone included swimming pool!
