Semi-detached, this attractive Victorian family house, emits an ‘air’ of family appeal as soon as you walk in. Set on three floors, the house suits a family very well. It is well loved and used by the owners and their family and they wish to share it with other families too! It is spacious, very comfortable with tiled floors and carpeting, plus gas central heating so is perfect for short breaks or full weeks at any time of year. Light and airy throughout, the house comprises;

Ground floor; entrance into hall, staircase, cloaks space, lounge with feature gas fireplace,TV/DVD/VIDEO. The ‘back room’ is used as a small sitting room with patio doors opening onto the rear garden. Separate WC (no washbasin). Dining room leading through to the kitchen having gas hob and electric cooker, Stable doors to outside.

First floor: landing with three bedrooms: Bedroom one having a king size bed: Bedroom 2 with a King: Bedroom 3 with a single. Separate WC (no washbasin). Family bathroom with bath (shower over) and washbasin.

Second floor; staircase with steep stairs (maybe difficult for less able), to very large playroom/bedroom with twin beds, TV and sea views over the roof tops!

Garden; There is a small front garden, but the enclosed split-level rear garden is a real sun trap, ideal for pets and children with small patio and sitting out area.

Parking; Gravel driveway with parking for two cars.

A travel cot will fit in all bedrooms. A charge of £25 per week for dogs ( 2 medium maximum). A refundable breakage deposit of £100 payable with the balance. £20 Booking fee.

The beach, cliff tops, town centre and many other holiday amenities are all within a ten minute walk and with off road parking, it is perfect to leave the car to walk and explore the town. The children’s recreational field, bowling and cricket ground are a few minutes’ walk. The quaint village of Old Hunstanton is about ten minutes’ walk with its selection of pubs, restaurants, local shop and deli, plus the soft sandy beach and dunes. The duck pond at the Church is a popular place for children. To explore further along the coast and inland you only have to travel within a small radius to visit Bird Reserves, Stately Homes, Golf Links, Norfolk Lavender and much more!
