With views to the Wash over the pitch and putt course and only a short walk into the popular village of Old Hunstanton, this property easily caters for a family of up to six and a baby at any time of year. It offers very comfortable accommodation and is situated on the outskirts of the town. The Cliff top cafe is 5 minutes walk and serves all day breakfast and treats for your dog too. Old Hunstanton with its village shop, deli with fresh bread, Post Office, Golf Course, selection of pubs and restaurants, are all about a 5 minute walk. The beach and cliffs are also a 5 minute stroll and in the other direction, Hunstanton is about 20 walk along the cliff tops or a minute’s drive to the town centre or supermarkets. It is also a perfect position for watching the annual November bonfire and firework display!

If you wish to get to town and leave the car behind, the ‘land train’ travels regularly from the cliff tops, right through to the other side of town – perfect to take in the panoramic views of the Wash and beyond, even in inclement weather! The Coast Liner bus stops just a few doors away.

Well-furnished and equipped with gas central heating throughout, Honeystone's offers good quality accommodation with wraparound decking extending to the rear enclosed garden, safe for children, dogs, sunbathing and eating ‘al fresco’!

Both entrances have shallow steps. Entrance door into Kitchen with electric oven and hob, leading through to 'L' shaped dining area and lounge with Freeview TV/DVD/I- Player, Netflix and views over to the sea. Hallway with side door to decked patio. Bathroom with bath (shower over), WC and washbasin. Separate WC.

3 Bedrooms; Bedroom 1 with a double with en-suite shower room having a shower and washbasin only. (no wc) Bedroom 2 with twins. Bedroom 3 with a single bed that has a trundle bed (converts from single to a ‘plus one’ on the floor or raises to form a king but floor space gets limited). Please note when the trundle bed is made to a king size, this will be with 2 single duvets.

Garage; with washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and outdoor children's games.

Garden; enclosed, large, south-facing rear garden with lawn and patio with furniture. Decking.

Parking; on the drive way with space for 3 cars.

A £100 refundable breakage deposit payable with the balance payment. A £30 charge per week per dog. Maximum 2. Booking fee £25.

Fantastic views and great variety of wildlife including a regular visit to the garden from rabbit, red legged partridge and an assortment of butterflies. Really quiet location but really close to the town. Definitely visit again.

27 July - 3 August Spearman family Third time here as usual with no complaints whatsoever. Lovely and clean, comfortable bungalow. Our dog has spent many happy times on the beach. Have booked again for next year.

18 -24 August Kathel family Lovely cottage. We had a lovely week on the beach. Enjoyed the cottage and garden again for the 2nd year. Hope to come back next year.

7 -13 September Lynda, Barry and Paddy the dog. Another great week as always. Bungalow very clean and comfortable. Will miss the view whilst having breakfast! Have stayed in various holiday properties at Hunny over the years…..this one is top of the list.

7 – 12 October S.J.C and Teddy the dog Another lovely stay. We all love it here so much, even grumpy granddad. The bungalow is always lovely and clean but were gutted that we only found out about Netflix on the last day. We will be back.

12 -19 October Wallace family 2nd year at Honeystones, and always a pleasure to walk into such a clean and fresh cottage, definitely one of our favourites and already booked again for next year. Weather could have been better but with theses views nobody minds. The sun made a few appearances for us. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Hunstanton has everything for everyone in the family. Sandy beach, sea, rock pools, guided tours on the wash monster, sailing, kite surfing and water skiing. On the sea front there are many stalls selling ice creams, food and sweets. There are amusement arcades, fun fair, bowling alley, adventure golf, paint your own pots, Sea Life Sanctuary and a sports and leisure centre. Take a walk along the promenade, which will take you to either Old Hunstanton, via the beach striped red and white cliffs. Or the other direction staying on the promenade to Heacham. Walk around the sensory park or esplanade gardens that provide a colourful display of flowers in the summer months. The Norfolk coast path takes you 34 miles to Cromer from the North promenade. Heritage, Horticultural or Wolf trails are available from the tourist information centre. Relax on the green, and enjoy the summer entertainment on the bandstand on a Sunday afternoon. Or in the evenings watch the sunset . Book a seat at the theatre for a show, or play a round of golf, or take a leisurely ride on the Coast Liner bus to visit the coastline. Visit the Heritage centre or The Coal shed gallery. Various festivals throughout the year include the Lifestyle Festival, Carnival, Kite Festival and the charity Xmas day swim.

Old Hunstanton has a sandy beach with dunes, and rock pools. There are various eating places including the beach cafe. Visit the Life boat station on a Sunday, hire a beach hut for the day, play a game of pitch and putt, browse local crafts and antiques in the Old Barns, or have a drink or meal in one of the pub/restaurants in the village. St Mary's Church holds various events throughout the year, including a lovely annual Flower festival. There is a post office with a Deli that sells many of your everyday items.
