Coronavirus (Covid 19) - Advice for our customers 26 July 2021
There are now no government restrictions on holiday lets in England.
Our guests can be assured that refunds or transfers* will offered immediately where necessary should we go into National or local lockdown again. (*transfer bookings to later dates on the same property. Terms and conditions apply). We will contact guests personally to advise what to do.
Please refer to the Government website as rules may change and sometimes it is hard for us to keep up.

"During the pandemic I have had to change a number of holiday bookings, it's at such times that you really understand the true value of service. Everyone at Norfolk Holiday Homes has been amazingly helpful & accommodating. Being able to pick up the phone & to speak to a local expert who understands the importance of repeat business, really is a breath of fresh air in what is increasingly a 'computer says no' world of customer service. Thank you Norfolk Holiday Homes, a great service" Richard H of Chesterfield
Our guests can be sure that all sanitising and cleaning protocols are still in place, so they can be assured of safety at all times in our holiday homes
Cancellations - If you wish to cancel your holiday please refer to the Booking Conditions as you will still be liable for all or part of the balance.
Insurance – if you have not yet paid the balance for your holiday and have not taken cancellation insurance for your future holiday, you still can do so please call us. You, your booking party and close family members will be covered for the Virus as well as the usual cover for other sickness, accidents etc. (T's & C's apply)
Arrival and departure times - In order to ensure that all properties are hygienically clean and safe our housekeepers will need extra time to do so. Therefore access time will now be after 4pm. No early arrivals. If you have instructions to collect keys from our office please do so from 11am on the day of your arrival but still no entry until 4pm. It will help you to avoid traffic congestion and queuing at our office upon arrival if we are chatting to another customer. (Not that we don't like to chat!).
Welcome trays - Our owners love to leave a welcome tray but with Government safety and hygiene guidelines in place there may not be anything left out for guests, so please do not be disappointed.
When you are on holiday please continue to take particular care to maintain excellent hygiene – washing hands and surfaces are a must and wearing a facial covering in crowded places is highly recommended.
Should you or any of your household be told to self-isolate before your stay, you will be required to stay at home and not travel. We will release the holiday for rebooking.
If you or any of your household receive a positive Covid 19 test before you travel do not come on holiday. We will release the holiday for rebooking.
In the event of any of your party develop Covid symptoms or test positive for Covid 19 during your stay, then please let us know immediately and vacate the property.
If you have tested positive within 7 days of the departure of your holiday, please let us know.
Finally above all, we look forward to welcoming you to Norfolk.
Sandra, Julie, Carol.
